Ants & Appetisers with Maisie Cousins

Inspired by Lee Miller's cook book, Surrealist drinks and canapés will be made by artist Maisie Cousins at TJ Boulting to celebrate their exhibition, In The Company Of, a show exploring the relationship between historic and contemporary women artists, curated by Katy Hessel of @thegreatwomenartists.

The exhibition will showcase three historic female artists, Barbara Hepworth, Lee Miller, and Alice Neel, alongside twelve dynamic contemporary female artists working today, who indirectly reference the former. The exhibition aims to highlight the legacy of Hepworth, Miller, and Neel and how the impact of their work still resonates with artists working today.

Curator Katy Hessel will lead an introduction to the exhibition, and some of the artists will be present for the members to meet and hear more about their work.

The guest list for this event is now open. Members, please RSVP to contact@margueritelondon.com. Non-members, you can buy tickets here!
