On Wednesday 26 July, Sam Bompas hosted a culinary vision quest through Bompas & Parr’s lurid studio. The night involved: Venetian bellinis inspired by Peggy Guggenheim herself; a cocktail organ; a demonstration of the 'gherkinator'; a jelly masterclass; a Marguerite Margherita competition; a flavour cloud explosion and much, much more!
Amongst all of this, Sam provided insight into the studio’s working process, approaches to creativity, lurking horrors and and exalted passions. What a night!
